Cancellation Policy

Current subscription status
UniverseHall does not currently offer a recurring paid subscription. No plan renews automatically and no cancellation action is required at this stage.
Cancellation controls before launch
If recurring plans are introduced, the renewal interval, next charge date, cancellation deadline and effect on remaining access will be shown before purchase and inside the learner account. Cancellation will not erase learning records unless a separate deletion request is made.
Account deletion is separate
Ending a future paid plan and requesting deletion of an account are separate actions. Personal-data requests can be submitted through the KVKK page.
