UniverseHall does not currently accept payments or sell paid access. There is therefore no completed purchase to refund through the platform at this stage.
Before paid access launches
Before any paid digital content is offered, the checkout will show the seller identity, total price, access period, applicable withdrawal exceptions and the exact refund procedure. A learner will be asked to confirm those terms before payment.
Payment errors and duplicate charges
If payments are enabled later, confirmed duplicate or unauthorized platform charges will be investigated through the published support channel and corrected under the applicable payment and consumer rules. Do not send card details through a public form.
