Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the platform lawfully. Do not attempt to access another account, disrupt the service, scrape protected content or bypass access controls.
Learning content and results
Short level checks provide educational guidance and are not official IELTS, YKS/YDT or certification results. Authored learning content keeps its own language when the interface language changes.
Intellectual property
UniverseHall interface, original lessons, characters and game assets may not be reproduced or commercially distributed without authorization. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.
Purchases and service availability
Purchases are not currently enabled. Price, cancellation, withdrawal and digital-content disclosures must be presented before any paid transaction is activated. Features may change during the alpha period, but saved user data will be handled under the published privacy terms.
